Shipping and Delivery Information
We ship only within the continental USA. Our minimum order size is $25 or three bags of our biscuits with a flat standard shipping rate of $4.50. All orders are shipped within two business days of receipt, via the United States Postal Service or UPS.
If you prefer expedited shipping, it's available for $15.00.
Sales Tax
Bad to the Bones Biscuits charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Payments Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this web site by using any US bank issued credit or debit card. Bad to the Bones Biscuits reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Gift Cards
Bad to the Bones Biscuits issues Gift Cards in four denominations: $25, $40, $50, and $100. Our Gift Cards never expire, and they can only be used at www.badtothebonesbiscuits.com. All of our Gift Cards are electronic. When you purchase a Gift Card, we will send it to you via text or email, and you can then forward the message to the lucky recipient with your personal note whenever you are ready.
Returns and Refunds
Because our product is perishable, returns will be arranged only if the product arrives sufficiently damaged that it is rendered unusable. If you are unsatisfied with the product, to request a refund, please contact us at buster@badtothebonesbiscuits.com. Refunds are available within 5 days of receipt of the biscuits.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at buster@badtothebonesbiscuits.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We want you to be happy with our product, so please don't hesitate to let us know how you feel.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at buster@badtothebonesbiscuits.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
